Level uses a six-step plan when it comes to recruitment. The plan is well tested and from experience we are sure that this method of working leads to successful recruitments.

In each step there are carefully chosen processes that dictate how the job should be approached to ensure a high level of quality in the recruitment process. Level works intensely to make sure no errors are made throughout each recruitment.

Through a combination of experience and our knowledge of the field, as well as good cooperation with you as a customer, we can make certain that the road to each recruitment will be a successful one. Therefore, we require our customers to be available during the recruitment process and to be able to contribute with as much information as possible.

Furthermore, it is Level’s opinion that a good relationship and good communication with candidates is vital for a successful recruitment.
